MADBURY COMMUNITY CLUB TO HOST FREE PROGRAM:
Nutritious Foods from cultures Around the World
November 20, 2008 -- 7:00 p.m.

This event will take place at the Madbury Community Club meeting at the Madbury Town Hall, Madbury , NH and will feature Gail Carey, professor of nutritional science at the University of New Hampshire Department of Animal and Nutritional Sciences.

Gail Carey, PH. D., U of Calif, Davis, has research interests including the effects of environmental chemicals on human health, obesity, diabetes and lactation.

The presentation takes you on a virtual trip around the globe. you will learn about, (and taste!), food from each of five different cultures - their history, lore and health benefits.
